摘要
研究了不同IBA浓度、插条成熟度、插条部位以及不同品种对勒杜鹃扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明:50、100、150 mg/L IBA均有促进勒杜鹃插条生根的效果,其中以100 mg/L IBA处理的效果最好,且木质化插条的生根效果优于半木质化插条,以枝条基部作插条的生根效果优于枝条中部和顶部;在橙黄、水红、普通紫和双色等4个供试品种中,以普通紫勒杜鹃的插条生根率最高,达88%。
The research aimed to study the effects of different IBA concentration,diferent cutting maturity,different cutting parts and different rarities on rooting after cutting of Bougainvillea glabra. The results showed that 50,100 and 150 mg/L IBA all had certain effects on rooting rate of cutting and the effect of IBA at 100 mg/L was signinficant.The rooting rate of lignified hardwood cuttings was higher than that of semi-lignified hardwood cuttings treaed with 100 mg/L IBA. The rooting rate of base cutting was higher than that of middle part and top part cuttings.Among four varieties of experiment materials,the ordinary purple variety had higher rooting rate than the other three varities, and the rooting rate was 88%.
