摘要 分子印迹技术由于具有预定的选择性和高度的亲和性,在食品安全检测中具有广阔的应用前景。概述了分子印迹技术的起源与发展、原理及其在食品安全检测中的应用。 Molecular imprinted technique is promising for the detection of food safety with pretermined selevtivity and high affinity. In this paper,the origin,development , principle and application of MIT in the detection of food safety were introduced.
