公安机关作为提供公共产品的政府职能部门,要切实履行好职责,提供让社会满意的公共安全产品,就必须认真研究社会对公安机关的警务需求,根据不同历史时期、不同地区的需求特点,不断优化警务资源配置,降低警务成本,实现警务效能的最大化。
As a functional department of government supplying the public with security arrangement, the public security organ should study on the social demand and optimize the policing resources allocation according to different historical period and area in order to take the responsibility and make the best possible use of policing resources.
