摘要
为加深对边检工作"一个中心、两个坚持"、"三大支柱"建设的理解和把握,加强和改进边检工作,适应上海口岸"四个中心"建设,我们要从边检工作方针从"管控"到"服务"的转变出发,结合上海口岸发展实际,辨证地把握和处理边检工作中的几大关系,突出解决当前边检工作存在的问题,推进边检精细化服务,以进一步提高边检服务水平。
