摘要
通过樗白皮6种提取物对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型小鼠的治疗,以探讨该提取物对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠结肠黏膜的影响.采用2,4-二硝基氯代苯(DNCB)复制小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、水提取物组、水提醇沉提取物组、950 mL/L乙醇提取物组、650 mL/L乙醇提取物组、450 mL/L乙醇提取物组、250mL/L乙醇提取物8个组.药物处理后,取结肠组织染色,进行组织学观察.樗白皮水提醇沉提取物、650 mL/L乙醇提取物组4、50 mL/L乙醇提取物组2、50 mL/L乙醇提取物能够不同程度的修复溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠结肠黏膜上皮结构,使黏膜下充血和炎性细胞浸润等症状有所缓解,其中水提醇沉提取物与其它各组比较,效果明显(P<0.05),水提取物和950 mL/L乙醇提取物组与模型组之间差异不显著.据此认为,樗白皮提取物对DNCB所致小鼠UC模型有不同程度的治疗和缓解作用.
To investigate the effect of the six extractions from Ailanthus altissirna on the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)in mice, an UC model in mouse was made by 2,4-Dinitrochloro-benzene(DNCB). The mice were divided into normal group, model group, water extraction mL/L ethanol extraction group,650 mL/L ethanol extraction group,4 group, 50 mL/ water+ethanol group, 950 L ethanol extraction group, 250 mL/L ethanol extraction group. The colons were picked,stained by H. E and observed under the optical microscope. The extractions of the water+ethanol,650 mL/L ethanol,450 mL/L ethanol,250 mL/L ethanol could repair the colon mucous epithelial tissue,relief mucosal congestion and inflammatory cell infiltration in varying degrees. In those extractions, The water+ethanol group had effect remarkably compared with other groups(P〈0.05) ,the group of water extraction and 950 mL/L ethanol extraction had no remarkable difference compared with model group. It was showed that the extraction of Ailanthus altissirna had different therapy effect in degree on UC model in mouse made by DNCB.
