摘要
以陇薯3号(L3)、陇薯6号(L6)、新大坪(XDP)和渭薯1号(W1)的脱毒试管苗为试验材料,进行微型薯的诱导及其薯片再生研究.结果表明,在全黑暗条件下采用液体MS+8%蔗糖为培养基,所有品种都诱导出了微型薯,但不同基因型的马铃薯诱导效果明显不同.综合分析单瓶结薯数、薯块大小、微型薯产量和大薯率等几个指标,诱导微型薯由易到难的顺序是XDP>W1>L6>L3.试管微型薯片再生频率由高到低的顺序是L3>L6>W1>XDP.
Virus-free potato seedlings of Longshu No. 3 (L3),Longshu No. 6 (L6),Xindaping (XDP) and Weishu No. 1 (W1) were used to induce microtubers and shoot regeneration. The results indicated that the efficient tuberization of potato could be obtained by using a components under darkness condition. However, the different varie liquid medium consisting of basic MS ties had different effects in microtuber induction. From measuring the number per flask, size, weight and rate of big microtubers, XDP was the best experimental matiarel, the second was W1, the last was L3. However, the regeneration rate of the discs of microtubers was L 3〉L 6〉W 1〉XDP.
