摘要
介质损耗(简称介损)是一个微小值,外界干扰容易给介损测量造成大的影响,而实时性也是在线监测追求的一个指标,因此高精确度、快速的介损数字化测量方法是介损在线监测系统的关键部分。介绍了目前介损测量时用到的各种数字化测量方法,即对数字化过零比较法、相关函数法、正弦拟合法、傅立叶变换及其改进算法和神经网络法等进行了综合评述,给出了它们的基本原理、分析了它们的性能和优缺点。最后,对介损数字化测量的发展趋势和研究动态提出了看法。
Dielectric loss is a minute value, external interference has great influence on accuracy of dielectric loss measurement, in the meantime, on- line monitoring has high requirement for real- time performance, so high precision and high speed dielectric loss algorithm play a key rule in on - line monitoring system of tanδ, various digital dielectric loss measurement algorithms, including crossing comparison method, correlation function algorithm, sine fitting algorithm and harmonics analysis algorithm are reviewed in this paper, the principles of those methods are given. In the meantime, the merits and shortcomings of those algorithms are analyzed, research trend of dielectric loss measurement are also put forward.
