摘要 针对电站设备维修方式选择难以决策的问题,提出了一种基于熵权和层次分析(AHP)的模糊综合评判方法,克服了传统模糊综合评判法在权重确定方面具有一定随意性、主观性的问题。该方法将熵权和层次分析与模糊综合评判有效结合起来,并将维修方式决策分解成由指标因素组成的层次。然后根据指标因素对应的判断矩阵以及模糊判断矩阵求出主观与客观权重,并进行权重拟合,从而得到综合权重。最后根据模糊综合评判法则将综合权重以及判断矩阵进行运算,最终得到所选的维修方式。应用实例表明:该方法有效、可行,可以科学地评估电站设备维修方式,为电站设备状态维修决策提供依据。 Aiming at the difficulty in selecting the maintenance mode for power plant equipment, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is suggested, which solves the casualness and subjectivity problem about weight decision in traditional fuzzy compreherusive evaluation method. The entropy weight and AHP are united with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the maintenance mode decision is divided into some layers composed of index factors. Then the subjective and objective weights are calculated according to the judgment matrix and fuzzy evaluation matrix corresponding with index factors, and consequently the comprehensive weights are obtained through weight fitting. Finally the maintenance mode can be decided through operation of comprehensive weight and judgment matrix based on the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It is demonstrated by application example that this method is valid and feasible, and can be applied to evaluate the maintain mode and supply the basis of condition-based maintenance decision for power plant equipment.
