多功能电量累积控制器设计

摘要 本文给出了一种应用于电镀行业的电量累积与控制仪表的设计,该设计以单片机P89LPC931为核心,以AD7706为前端输入电路,支持75mV分流器、4~20mA电流变送器等多种电流传感器信号输入。系统采用数字校准技术,具有优于0.1%的电流采样精度。它提供多种电荷量累计功能,设计了掉电保护功能,支持电镀过程中添加剂的自动添加,支持镀层厚度控制。系统采用开关电源加LDO稳压的主电源方案,支持宽电源范围使用,并为系统提供高稳定电源。支持MODBUS协议,能够在现场总线控制系统中使用。 This paper illustrates a kind of design of quantity of electricity accumulation and control instrument for electroplating industry. This design adopts new-type single-chip P89LPC931 as the core, makes use of AD7706 as the input circuit, and supports many current-sensors signal input of 75mV diverter, 4-20mA current transmitter and so on. The system also adopts digital calibration technology and features less than 0.1% current sampling accuracy. Additionally, this design approach offers many accumulative function for electric charge, and supports automatically adding additive during the galvanization process and the control for the thickness of galvanized coating. The system adopts main power-supply scheme of switch power-supply with LDO stabilivolt and supports that it can be used in large power-supply range and can supply a kind of high stable power-supply for system. This instrument supports MODBUS protocol and is used in FCS.
