摘要
依据RS-485串行总线特有的电气特性,提出了基于RS-485总线的分散控制系统(DCS)设计思想,并详细分析了系统组成、网络通信协议及通信程序设计原理。通过工程实践证明该方法具有很强的实用性,对于工控系统设计人员具有指导意义。
According to peculiar electric characteristic of RS-485 serial bus, this paper proposes the design philosophy of distributed control system （DCS） based on RS-485 bus, and analyses the structure, network communication protocol and communication procedure design principle of this system in detail, which has been proved that this method has very strong practicability. We can believe that this scheme will guide and assist the designer of industrial control system well.
