摘要
为适应西北严寒地区的水质变化,文中给出了多功能汽车防冻液的配方.讨论了缓蚀剂的选择与复配关系,及稳定剂和添加剂的选用,确定了乙二醇型防冻液的组成.采用挂片失重法测试防冻液的腐蚀率.结果表明:该防冻液冰点(50%)可达-40.8℃,与同类型防冻液相比,腐蚀率为0.23密耳/年.
The formulate of the multi-purpose automobile anti--icing fluid was presented in this paper, Orthogonal design was used in this experiment. And the selection of corrosive inhibitor, stabilizer, other additives, and the complex relations between them were discussed in details. The corrosion rate was measured using weight-loss test method. Finally it is indicated that the freezing point （50 ~） of this EX-A multi-purpose automobile anti-icing fluid is -40. 8℃. Compared with the same type, corrosion rate was 0. 23 mil/y, and the comprehensive performance indicators are excellent.
