摘要
介绍了热转移印字和激光标刻新标识工艺技术的特点以及在电子产品标识方面开展这两项技术工艺研究的意义。重点阐述了电缆组件标识、导线标识和激光标刻工艺研究的试验内容、试验情况及解决的关键技术,并对试验结果进行了总结。
This paper presents characteristic of the new mark technology of the thermal transfer printing and laser marking,and also introduces the significance of the two kinds of technologies study in electronic product identification.This paper focuses on the test content,conditions and the key technology of cable components identification,wire identification and the laser marking technology study,and then summarizes the experiment results.
