传动装置主箱体结构胶接技术探讨

摘要 针对传动装置主箱体能否应用结构胶接组合成一体进行了探讨,并详细阐述了胶接过程中的主要技术难点。应用此结构胶接技术,可以降低传动装置主箱体整体铸造的难度,减轻箱体质量,降低铸造和加工成本,为传动装置主箱体的制造方法指出一条新路。传动装置主箱体就是典型的大型薄壁铝合金箱体,如果结构胶接技术能成功应用于传动装置主箱体上,把复杂箱体分解成若干个相对简单的小部件分别铸造再进行结构胶接,则可以大大降低铸造难度,减轻产品的质量,从而节约产品成本。 This paper discusses whether use the structural adhesive bonding to make the transmission main box into one unit.And this paper also explains the main technical problems during the process of adhesive boding.It can reduce the difficult of the cabinet casting for the transmission main box,reduce box weight,lower the casting and processing cost,and point a new way for casting the transmission main box.Transmission main box is one typical large thin-walled aluminum alloy tank,If the structural adhesive boding technology can be used on the main box successfully,to separate the complex box into a number of relatively simple components and then carried on the casting and structural adhesive boding,thus the casting difficult will be reduced,also can reduce the product weight as well as save the cost.
