摘要
研究了一系列磺酸根功能化的离子液体催化柠檬酸三丁酯的合成。系统考察了反应时间、酸与醇的配比、催化剂的用量、不同阳离子、不同阴离子等因素对反应的影响及催化剂重复使用性,优化了反应条件。结果表明,当酸与醇摩尔比为1∶4.5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1%,反应4 h,酯化率可达99%以上。
The esterification of citric acid and n-butanol was carried out using SO3 H functionalized ionic liquid as the catalysts. The effects of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants, amount of catalysts and different anions and cations on the yield of tributyl citrate (TBC) were investigated. Results show that the ionic liquid were very efficient for the reaction with the yield of 99% in mild conditions. The optimum reaction condition : mole ratio of citrate acid to butanol was 1 : 4.5, catalyst amount was 1% of reactants and reaction time was 4 h.
