诃子树皮化学成分的预试验

Pre-experiment of chemical components from the bark of terminalia chebula

采用试管法和纸色谱法,对干燥诃子树皮的酸性EtOH、水、MeOH提取物进行化学成分初步研究。结果显示,通过多种试剂和显色剂的显色反应,初步推断诃子树皮中可能含有酚类、黄酮、强心苷、多糖及其苷类等化学成分。

Study on the chemical components of the extracted mixture bark of terminalia chebula Retz from acidic ethanol, purified water and MeOH by the method of tube test and paper chromatogram. The result showed that the chemical components for the bark of terminalia chebula Retz contains possibly phenolics, flavones, cardiac glycosides,ploysugars and glycosides etc was primarily confirmed by color reaction with various reagents and indicator.
