偏最小二乘紫外分光光度法同时测定维C银翘片中的维生素C和扑热息痛 被引量:5

Simultaneous determination of vitamin C and paracetamol in vitamin C Yinqiao Pian using PLS-UV spectrophotometry

摘要 在紫外224~294啪波长区间内取36个波长点,测定25组标准混合溶液的吸光值并建立校正集,结合残差平方和确定了主因子数,运用偏最小二乘法预报待测样品两组份的含量。结果表明,在模拟样品的测定中,维生素C和扑热息痛平均回收率分别为97.0%和99.2%;RSD分别为4.O%和0.24%;均方根误差分别为0.1515和0.0795;将此模型用于4个厂家实际样品的测定,维生素C和扑热息痛平均加标回收率分别为93.75%-99.3%,98.4%-103%.该方法具有不需分离样品、操作简便等优点,用于维C银翘片中两组份的测定,结果令人满意。 The absorbance matrix of 25 standard mixtures at 36 measuring points ranged form the wave- length of 224 nm to 294 nm was used for establishing calibration set, and the PRESS was used to determine the factor number, then the components were determined by partial least squares simultaneous. The established calibration set was applied to predict the concentrations of the vitamin C and paracetamol in artificial samples, the average recoveries were 97.0% and 99.2%, RSD were 4.0% ,0.24%, RMSE were 0. 151 5,0.079 5 ,respectively. This method was applied to the determine vitamin C and paracetamol in WeiC Yinqiao Pian produced by four factories with the average recoveries of standard addition 93.75%-99.3% ,98.4%-103%, respectively. This method is simple rapid, sensitive without any complicated separation process, and the results obtained in the analysis are satisfactory.
