摘要
采用生物发酵(35℃,24 h),破坏麻黄草的植物细胞壁,使麻黄碱盐充分的处于与纤维分离状态,用水在60℃提取3.5 h,提取液经两级膜浓缩,滤液(占总量的80%)回用,浓缩液(占总量的20%)进行后续分离、提纯。本实验大大提高了麻黄碱的收率,从0.7%提高至1.7%,每吨麻黄碱能耗大约降低了17%;化学药品用量NaOH降低70%,二甲苯降低近80%,成本下降33%;同时每吨麻黄草耗水减少近80%,保护了环境,实现了清洁生产的目标。
This experiment adopts fermentation (35℃ ,24 h) which destroies cell of hebra ephdrae,and separates ephedrine from fibre. Then ephedrine is dissolved in water under 60℃ ,3.5h and extract is coneentrated by two stages membrane which filter liquor (80% of total) is reused and concentration (20% of total) is separated ,the ephedrine yield increased from 0.7% to 1.7%. Energy consumption decreased by 17%. The amount of chemicals reduced 70% ,xylene decreased by 80%. Significantly the cost reduced 33% ,while significantly reduced the volume of sewage from water consumption per ton of ephedrine grass decrease by 80%, protecting the environment and achieving the goal of cleaner production.
