摘要
本文采用最小二乘法回归分析,将湿敏元件的测试数据回归成多项式,获得元件的静态数学模型。叙述了这种方法的基本原理及推导过程,并给出了具体例子。讨论了该数学模型在湿敏元件研制和应用中的意义。
A static mathematical model of humidity sensing element is obtained using least square regression analysis,through regression of measured data into polynomial expression.The basic principle and derivation process are described.Examples of applications are given.The significance of the mathematical model in designing humiidity sensing elements is discussed.
