摘要
运用柯布－道格拉斯（Ｃｏｂｂ－Ｄａｕｇｌａｓ）生产函数，建立建筑业生产函数，从总量分析其投入产出，研究建筑业技术结构合理化条件，对１９７８～１９９３年建筑业技术结构进行检验，初步得出了当前的中国建筑业呈规模报酬递减、技术结构固定化状态，只有依靠技术进步才能满足发展的需要。
