十精丸延缓大鼠皮肤衰老作用的实验研究

Experimental study on anti-skin aging of "Shi Jing Wan"

目的:探讨中药复方十精丸对皮肤的抗衰老功效及作用机制。方法:观察十精丸对老龄大鼠皮肤中SOD活力、Hyp含量、血清MDA含量及皮肤组织形态学的影响。结果:十精丸高低剂量组皮肤中SOD活力、Hyp含量高于老龄对照组(P<0.01);而血清MDA含量则明显低于老龄对照组(P<0.01),尤以高剂量组明显;形态学观察表明十精丸能促进皮肤真皮胶原纤维增殖,减少基底层色素沉着,角质层变薄。结论:十精丸能够改善皮肤衰老状态,具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。

Objective To investigate the anti-aging effect and it＇s mechanism of ＂Shi Jing Wan＂ on rat skin. Methods The influence of ＂Shi Jing Wan＂ on the vigour of SOD, the content of Hyp and MDA and the changes of the histomorphology of the skin were investigated. Results ＂Shi Jing Wan＂ could increase the vigour of SOD and the content of Hyp（P〈0.01）. It also could decrease the amounts of MDA（P〈0.01）. The morphology of skin indicated that the complex prescription could promote collagen fibers forming, inhibit deposition of pigment and thin the corneum layer.Conclusions ＂Shi Jing Wan＂ can improve the aging state of the aged rats skin, delay the aging process of the skin,
