骨内种植体178例临床应用研究及回顾

The studying and reviewing of 178 clinical application cases of endosseous implants

目的:探讨178例患者进行268颗人工牙种植成功因素。方法:采用卫生部口腔种植中心(CDIC)生产的螺旋状种植体和德国贝格公司(BEGO)生产的柱状种植体进行了268颗人工牙种植。结果:随访观察1～10年,成功260颗,占97%;失败8颗,占3%。取得了满意的临床疗效。结论:人工牙种植体修复取得长期成功的关键在于种植体材料的生物相容性、金属机械性能,病例选择,术前周密计划,手术操作技术,以及牙种植体的修复系统等有关。

Objective To study the successful factors of 178 patients with 268 artificial dental implants. Methods 268 artificial dental implants from the Ministry of Health of Oral Implantology Center production of spiral-shaped CDIC implants and the German company Baig production of cylindrical BEGO implants are implanted. Results Follow-up of 1 to 10 years, the success of 260, accounting for 97 percents,failure of 8, accounting for 3 percent.Achieve a satisfactory clinical efficacy. Conclusion the long-term success of the restoration of dental implants are the followings： the biocompatibility of materials, metal mechanical properties; cases choice,well-planned surgical operations,and the restoration system of the dental implants.
