混凝土靶养护时间与抗压强度和聚能射孔器穿孔深度的关系初探 被引量:3

摘要 混凝土靶是检验聚能射孔器穿孔性能的标准物质,其性能波动影响试验结果。通过对2组聚能射孔器混凝土靶试验结果的分析,认为随养护时间的增加混凝土靶抗压强度逐渐增加,同时聚能射孔器穿孔深度相应降低。抗压强度每增加10MPa,平均穿孔深度降低约为6%~12%。为消除混凝土靶抗压强度变化对试验结果的影响,应尽可能在混凝土靶养护28d、抗压强度不小于34.5MPa后,在最短时间内完成试验。 Concrete targets are standard material for testing penetration performance of jet perforators, the performance of the targets affects the test result. After analyzing two groups of con crete targets test datum, it is found that the target compressive strength increases and the perforation depth decreases with the increase of curing period. When the target compressive strength increases 10 MPa, the average perforating depth decreases 6%-12%. In order to minimize the influence of concrete target on the test result, the test should be done as soon as the concrete target's curing time reaches 28 d and the compressive strength is not less than 34. 5 MPa.
