摘要
钨粉作为制备深穿透射孔弹粉末药型罩的原材料,其物理化学性能直接影响石油射孔弹的穿深性能。通过对比2种不同形貌的钨粉,研究了钨粉形貌对于石油射孔弹穿深性能的影响。认为,利用回收钨破碎后还原制备的钨粉形貌不规则,导致混合粉末流动性能较差,成形的药型罩密度分布不均匀,影响了药型罩的成形和密度分布的均匀性,从而降低了射孔弹穿深性能。而类球形的钨粉流动性能好,有利于提高药型罩密度分布均匀性,从而改善射孔弹爆轰形成的射流的特性,提高射孔弹穿深性能和稳定性。结果表明,利用球形度较好的钨粉制备药型罩生产的石油射孔弹穿深性能较好。
Tungsten powder is a main material for liner of deep penetration perforator. Physical and chemical properties of the powder affect the penetrating capacity of the perforator. The influence of the tungsten powder shape on the capacity is studied by comparing the characteristics of 2 types of tungsten powder shapes. The powder made of used tungsten , is irregular in shape and of bad fluidity, so it influences the uniformity of form and density of the charge liner, and reduces the capacity of the perforator. The powder made of the round tungsten powder has good fluidity, which improves the density uniformity of the charge liner, enhances the jet velocity and intensity and leads to higher penetrating ability and stability of the perforator. The experiment result shows that the jet perforator with the liner made of the better round tungsten powder has better perforating depth.
