摘要
目的:观察胶体金免疫层析(GICA)法检测流感病毒的效果.方法:用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)作为"金标准",比较GICA与IFA两种方法对同一份标本甲型及乙型流感病毒检测效果,对GICA法诊断试验做出评价.结果:两种方法的检测结果有较好的一致性,GICA法检测流感病毒与IFA法检测结果之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:GICA法操作简单、方便、快速,特异、灵敏,在临床流感病毒抗原的检测中具有较好的应用价值.
AIM： To observe the effectiveness of gold immunochromatographic assay（GICA） kit for the detection of influenza viruses. METHODS： The gold standard for detection of influenza virus was indirect immunofluorescence assay（IFA）. The effectiveness of GICA and IFA was compared to evaluate the diagnostic test of GICA. RESULTS： The two mthods were dependent. The difference between the GICA and the IFA for the detection of influenza viruses had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： The method of GICA is simple, convenient and fast. Its specificity and sensitivity is good. There are good utilities of GICA for clinical detection of influenza virus antigen.
