加速康复外科护理在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

Clinical value of fast tract surgery care for patients with carcinoma of lower rectum receiving anus preserving procedure

目的:探讨对低位直肠癌保肛手术患者行围手术期加速康复外科护理的安全性及有效性.方法:对2006-12/2007-12进行低位直肠癌保肛手术的23例患者实行加速康复外科护理,观察其对患者术后康复的影响.结果:所有患者保肛成功,无吻合口瘘、出血等并发症发生,均痊愈出院.结论:对低位直肠癌保肛手术患者行围手术期的加速康复外科护理是安全、有效的,可以减轻患者的痛苦,减少并发症的发生,明显地提高患者住院期间的生活质量,既有利于患者早期的康复,又可以减少住院时间和治疗费用.

AIM： To explore the security and validity of the fast tract surgery （FTS）care in perioperative period for the patients with carcinoma of lower rectum who underwent operation retaining the anus. METHODS： The perioperative period FTS care was implemented for 23 patients with carcinoma of lower rectum who underwent the operation retaining the anus from December, 2006 to December, 2007. The impact on the healing of the patients was analyzed through comparing with the outcome of the controls who received routine nursing after operation. RESULTS： The anus preserving results were satisfactory for all patients. They all had a good healing, complained no complications such as stoma fistula and hemorrhage. CONCLUSION： The FTS care is safe and effective for the perioperative period patients with carcinoma of lower rectum receiving anus preserving procedure. It can reduce patient＇s pain and complications, improve the quality of life, which is beneficial not only for their early healing, but also for the reduction of hospitalization duration and treatment expense.
