摘要 目的:探讨新形势下军事医学学科带头人应当具备的心理品质,建立和完善军事医学学科带头人胜任特征模型,为我军军事医学学科带头人的选拔和培养提供理论依据.方法:采用文献回顾和专家评判法,5名心理学专家参加军事医学学科带头人心理品质的筛选,挑选出20项指标构成胜任特征理论模型.围绕理论模型对30位军事医学学科带头人进行半结构式访谈,将访谈录音整理成文稿并编码分析,将编码分析获得的胜任特征模型和理论模型进行比较.结果:本研究胜任特征模型和理论胜任特征模型之间具有一致性.结论:该胜任特征模型对军事医学学科带头人具有很好的预测效度,本研究结果为我军军事医学学科带头人的选拔和培养提供了重要的理论依据. AIM: To investigate the psychological qualities required for qualified military medical subject leaders under the current situations and to establish the competency model of military medical subject leaders and provide theoretic fundament for the selection and leadership development of military medical subject leaders in the People's Liberation Army (PLA). METHODS: Following the literature review and experts' judgement,5 experts in the field of psychology screened evaluating items for the questionnaire assessing the psychological qualifications of military medical subject leaders. Twenty components were selected to compose the theoretical competency model. Thirty military medical subject leaders undertook the half-structured interview around the theoretical model. The interview recording were converted into words and were coded and analyzed. The competency model acquired by coding and analyzing was compared with the theoretical competency model. RESULTS: The interview competence model was obviously consistent with the theoretical competency model. CONCLUSION: The competency model has good predictive validity to the competency of military medical subject leaders. This study provides an important theoretical basis for the selection and development of military medical subject leaders in PLA.
