摘要
用系统溶剂提取法得到天葵的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇、甲醇和水提取物,天葵提取物的总提取率为38.76%。在烟叶半叶枯斑法活性测定离体试验中,首次发现天葵块根的7种不同溶剂提取物都具有较好的抗TMV生物活性,天葵提取物对TMV钝化作用范围为34.12%~68.09%,其中以天葵的石油醚、丙酮和乙醇提取物效果较好,钝化效果分别为68.09%、63.28%和60.59%;保护作用范围为17.48%~65.26%,以石油醚提取物保护作用最好,抑制率达65.26%;治疗作用范围为12.79%~34.24%,丙酮提取物治疗抑制率可达34.24%.
In this study, petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, methanol and water extracts of S. adoxoides were obtained by adopting systemic solvent extraction method. The total extraction percentage of S. adoxoides extract was 38.76 %. In vitro experiment, all solvent extracts of S. adoxoides root were found to have the anti - TMV activity for the first time,and their passivation action range was 34.12% -68.09%. Among these seven extracts, extracts of petroleum ether, acetone and ethanol to TMV had more passivation actions than the rest four solvent extracts. Their inhibiting percentages were 68.09% , 63.28% and 60.59% , respectively. Petroleum ether extract had the best protective effect, with inhibiting percentage of 65.26% to TMV. Cure inhibition percentage of acetone extract to TMV was 34.24%.
