注射用卡洛磺钠与3种药物配伍的稳定性考察

Study on stability of compatibility of carbazochrome sodium injection with 3 drugs

目的研究注射用卡洛磺钠分别与注射用头孢曲松钠,维生素C注射液,氨甲苯酸注射液3种药物的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定卡洛磺钠与3种药物配伍后6h内卡洛磺钠的含量变化,同时观察外观变化并测定pH值。结果在室温25℃条件下,0～6h内配伍液外观、pH值、含量变化都没有明显变化。结论在6h内卡洛磺钠与3种药物配伍基本稳定。本实验方法简单、准确。

OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of carbazochrome sodium injection with ceftriaxone sodium for injection,vitamin C in injection,aminomethylbenzoic acid in injection.METHODS Uv-vis was applied to the quantitation analysis of carbazochrome sodium injection with 3 drugs,pH and appearance was observed too.Changes after mixing in appearance,pH and the contents of carbazochrome sodium were determined.RESULTS There were no evident variation in appearance,pH and content during 6 hours at room temperature（25℃）,when it was mixed with the 3 drugs.CONCLUSIONS It is stable within 6 hours after carbazochrome sodium injection was respectively mixed with the 3 drugs.The method of dual wavelength spectrophotometry is simple and accurate.
