高效液相色谱法测定延参健胃胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Yanshen Jianwei capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定延参健胃胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用依利特Hypersil C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,10μm）;以甲醇-水-磷酸（47∶53∶0.2）为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为360nm;柱温为30℃。结果黄芩苷在0.3688～3.688μg范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为104.1%,RSD%为1.1%。结论该法简便,快速,结果可靠,可用于延参健胃胶囊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yanshen Jianwei capsules.METHODS The chromatographic column was Elite Hypersil C18.The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47∶53∶0.2）.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 360nm,column temperture was 30℃.RESULTS The standard curves for baicalin was liner in the range of 0.3688～3.688μg,the average recovery was ranged from 104.1%,RSD% was 1.1%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick and believable.It can be effectively used for the quality control of Yanshen Jianwei capsules.
