地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹 被引量:1

Therapeutic effect of desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic urticaria

摘要 目的观察地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将254例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组:地氯雷他定复方甘草酸苷联合治疗组和依巴斯汀对照组。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=12.42,P<0.01);治疗组的不良反应发生率为13.8%,高于对照组的7.3%,但差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意,值得临床选择应用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria.METHODS 254 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one(treatment group) with desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin and the other(control group) with ebastine.RESULTS The total effective rates were 89.2% for treatment group and 71.8% for control group(P〈0.01),significant difference existed.CONCLUSIONS Desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin is effective in treating chronic urticaria,and worth to use in clinical.
