结核科实习护生心理健康状况与应对方式的相关性研究

Relative research on psychological health status and coping style of nursing students in tuberculosis department

目的了解在结核科实习护生心理健康水平以及与应对方式的相关性，为改善其心理健康，提高其社会应对能力提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和应对方式问卷（CSQ）对44名在结核科实习的护生进行问卷调查。结果SCL-90测试结果，强迫症状（1．95±0．42）、焦虑（1．82±0．44）、恐惧（1．77±0．40），高于全国青年组常模（P〈0．05），其余各因子差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05），其中心理健康状况与求助、合理化应对方式成正相关（P〈0．05），与自责、退避消极的应对方式成负相关（P〈0．01）。结论在结核科实习过程中，要注意到护生应对方式与心理健康的关系，加强培训提高认识，保持其良好的心理状况，提高社会适应能力。

Objective To investigate the level of psychological health, and to know the relativity of psychological health and coping style of nursing students in tuberculosis department, so as to provide evidences for improving their psychological health and the ability of society coping. Methods 44 nursing students in tuberculosis department were investigated by SCL-90 （Symptom Checklist 90 ） and CSQ （Coping Style Question）. Then they were compared with young people of the normal group. Results The test results of SCL- 90 showed that the scores of compulsion （ 1.95 ± 0.42）, anxiety （ 1.82± 0.44） and scare （ 1.77 ± 0.40） of nursing students in tuberculosis department were higher those of young people of the normal group. The differences of other factors had no statistical meaning （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Wherein psychological health state had a positive relativity with seeking help and reasonable coping style （P 〈 0. 05）, and a negative relativity with self- accusation and passive coping style （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions We should pay more attention to the relative research of psychological health status and coping style of nursing students in tuberculosis department. In addition, we should strengthen the training and improve their cognition, thereby making them have good state of psychology and improving their ability of society adaptation.
