摘要
对廉租住房退出机制的重要性、廉租对象的退出方式和廉租住房退出机制的现状进行了分析。总结了目前廉租住房退出机制存在的问题,提出了完善我国廉租住房退出机制的建议。
This paper discusses the importance of perfecting the withdrawal mechanism of low-rent house, and analyses the withdrawal mode and the current situation of the withdrawal mechanism of low-rent house in China, then summarizes the problems in the withdrawal mechanism of low-rent house at present, finally, the paper puts forwards some proposals on perfecting the withdrawal mechanism of low-rent house.
