Application of Real Option Theory on Decision-making in Real Estate Investment

房地产业是我国经济增长的引擎和支柱产业,又是一个涉及到各行各业的产业,其受国家政策、环境变化、地区经济和文化影响大,存在很大的不确定性。针对这种不确定性,引入实物期权理论研究了房地产投资决策架构和投资分析方法。

Real estate industry is the engine and pillar industry in the development of economy in our country. Yet real estate industry is also an industry which involves all aspects of our society, it is highly affected by national policies, environmental changes, regional economy and cultures, so it has prodigious uncertainty. Taking uncertainty into account, the frame of the real estate investment decision-making and the method of investment analysis will be discussed and explored in this paper.
