摘要 在充分考虑国际工程承包特点以及专家判断的模糊性的基础上,引入了模糊层次分析的概念以及模糊综合评价法,建立了一个改进的模糊综合评价模型。该模型能更科学的确定各风险因素的相对权重,并且可以对各风险因素进行总排序,从而为国际工程项目投标风险的管理提供一种更加客观实用的风险评价方法。 On the basis of taking a full consideration of the characteristics of international projects and fuzzy of the experts' judgment, this paper introduces the concept of fuzzy hierarchy analysis process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and puts forward an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. This model will be more scientific to determine weight of risk factors, and also can sort the risk factors, which provides a more objective and applicable method of risk evaluation for the risk management of international projects.
