地震灾区临时产房的组建及护理管理

报告了在四川地震灾区组建临时产房并顺利展开工作的经验。根据灾区特点和专科需要，采用简易活动板房代替帐篷作为产房；配备产房必要的设施和药品；针对专业护理人员少、经验少的现状，因地制宜对护理人员进行有效的培训，并进行科学、规范的护理管理。在临时产房成立后的15d中，共完成11例产妇的接产，无一例感染发生，亦无差错、事故发生。

As the order, the medical team from PLA general hospital found the temporary labor-room and started to work at Dujiangyan very rapidly. According to the characteristic of Sichuan disaster area, we chose the rational materials as the labor-room, furnished the necessary instruments and drugs, took effective training according to the lack of professional nursing staffs and the lack of experience, and did scientific organization. Then until 15 days after the foundation of temporary labor-room, our nursing unit completed 11 cases of accompanying and 4 cases of labor, We got a well achievement that none of those cases had infection, mistake or accident.
