儿童孤独症家长心理反应的调查及对策

Investigation on the psychological reactions of parents of the children with autism and the coping strategies

目的了解儿童孤独症家长的心理反应,并提出相应的护理对策,以促进儿童孤独症家长及患儿的健康状态。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,调查180名儿童孤独症家长的心理反应。结果儿童孤独症家长的心理反应依次为紧张和焦虑(92.7%),急于求成和期望过高(86.6%),压抑沉闷和缺乏信心(76.7%),过于依赖和过分顺从(57.2%)。结论儿童孤独症家长存在较为复杂的心理反应。针对家长的心理问题给予相应的心理护理,对家长维持良好的心理状态具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the psychological reactions of the parents of the children with autism and propose the nursing strategies in order to promote their health states. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the psychological reactions of 180 parents of the children diagnosed with autism. Result The psychological reactions in the parents of the children with autism presented included tension and anxiety （92.7%）, over-expectation （86.6%）, depression and less confidence （76.7 %）, and over-dependence and over-obedience （57.2%）. Conclusions The parents of children with autism present complex psychological reactions. The corresponding mental care is significant for the parents to maintain a good mental state.
