红外线照射配合外涂复方康钠乐霜治疗神经科危重症患者会阴部皮炎的效果观察

Effect of infrared radiation combined with compound Kenalog Cremor on perineal region dermatitis of critical patients in neurology department

目的观察红外线照射配合外涂复方康钠乐霜治疗神经科危重患者会阴部皮炎的效果。方法2005年11月～2008年3月随机将59例危重患者分为实验组32例和对照组27例,对照组单纯采用复方康钠乐霜外涂,实验组采用立式红外线治疗灯照射后加复方康纳乐霜外涂,观察两组疗效。结果实验组皮肤潮红中位天数2d痊愈,皮疹6d痊愈;对照组皮肤潮红3d痊愈,皮疹13d痊愈,两组治愈时间比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论立式红外线灯照射配合外涂复方康纳乐霜对会阴部皮肤潮红、皮炎疗效优于单纯采用复方康钠乐霜外涂,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of infrared radiation combined with compound Kenalog Cremor on perineal region dermatitis of critical patients in neurology department. Methods Fifty-nine critical patients were investigated in our study from November 2005 to March 2008 and divided at random into either experiment group or control group. Control group was treated only with compound Kenalog Cremor, while experiment group with both infrared radiation and compound Kenalog Cremor. The therapeutic effects between groups were compared. Results In experiment group, erubescence was healed in 2 days , and exanthema in 6 days . In control group, erubescence and exanthema were healed in 3 days and 13 days, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of infrared radiation combined with compound Kenalog~ Cremor on perineal region dermatitis of critical patients is better than using compound Kenalog Cremor alone. Therefore, it is worth clinical popularization.
