健康教育小组在孕产妇健康教育中的应用

目的观察健康教育小组在孕产妇健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2007年9～11月在本科室住院的孕产妇399例为观察组;选择2006年9～11月在本科室住院的孕产妇386例为对照组。对照组的健康教育由责任护士全程负责;观察组在责任护士完成孕产妇的资料收集、评估、计划和实施的基础上,通过健康教育小组成员与责任护士协作共同完成孕产妇及家属的健康教育及效果评价。采用自行设计的调查问卷,调查2组孕产妇的健康教育知识掌握程度和对护理工作满意度情况。结果2组孕产妇健康教育知识掌握程度和对护理工作满意度比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育小组在孕产妇健康教育中的应用,能有效保证产科健康教育效果,提高孕产妇对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education team on maternal health education. Methods Three hundred and ninty-nine pregnant women admitted from September to November of 2007 were set as observation group, where the model of health education group was used, and another 386 cases from September to November of 2007 as control group. The health education in the control group was in the charge of the duty nurses, while on the basis of completing collecting the data of pregnant women＇s health education, evaluation, planning and implementation by the duty nurses, the health education group worked together to complete the health education and evaluation over the pregnant women and their families. Then a self- designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the knowledge of education and the satisfaction level with nurses. Result The differences of mastering knowledge of health education and the satisfaction with nurses between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of health education team in maternal health education can ensure health education effect and raise the satisfaction degree of patients and their families.
