腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的手术配合

目的总结腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的手术配合要点。方法回顾性分析利用激光治疗仪治疗大隐静脉曲张的66例患者的手术配合过程,从护理的角度对术前准备、术中配合及注意事项进行了讨论分析。结果66例患者手术顺利,无1例发生护理缺陷和术后早期感染。结论手术护士对腔内激光手术的良好配合增加了手术成功率,缩短了手术时间。

Objective To summarize the cooperating highlights of intracavitary laser therapy on great saphenous varicose veins. Methods The operative cooperation courses of intracavitary laser therapy on 66 cases of great saphenous varicose veins was retrospectively analyzed. The preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and points for attention were discussed in terms of nursing. Result The treatments for all the cases were successful, and no postoperative early infection or nursing defects occurred. Conclusion The good operative cooperation of nurses in the course of intracavitary laser therapy on great saphenous varicose veins can ensure the increase of success rate and shorten operation duration.
