摘要 心房颤动（房颤）的治疗包括多种方法，目前药物治疗仍是应用最广的手段，非药物治疗，如经导管射频消融发展迅速，外科微创迷宫术、植入性心房除颤器、起搏治疗也在研究、探索之中。虽然房颤治疗手段多样，但如何选择仍然是困扰临床医师的问题之一。
