经皮冷冻导管消融治疗心房颤动

Catheter cryoablation of atrial fibrillation

摘要 近年来,导管消融治疗心房颤动(房颤)是临床电生理学领域的热点。盐水灌注射频电能是目前房颤导管消融的主体能量方式,但冷冻、超声、激光、微波等能量方式也已先后应用于房颤的导管消融。本文介绍的是冷冻在房颤导管消融治疗领域的应用。
