摘要
介绍了压电换能器装配机计算机控制装置的开发和设计。分析了传统的压电换能器装配存在的问题,提出了新的控制方法。硬件设计中突出了抗干扰设计,并使用VisualBasic设计窗口界面,能够实现良好的人-机交互功能,同时简要介绍了部分软件设计思路。通过基于计算机控制的压电换能器恒扭矩装配方法,实现了压电换能器装配的自动化,提高了装配精度,解决了传统装配中存在的问题。
The piezoelectric transducer plays a key role in the ultrasonic equipment. This paper mainly discusses the design and development of computer control system. It analyzes some problems existing in the traditional assembling and proposes some new control methods. The new design considers the disturbance resistance and realizes human-computer interaction through Visual Basic. Experiments prove that by using the method of piezoelectric transducer assembling with constant torsion based on computer control, piezoelectric transducer can realize intelligent and automated assembling. It also can improve the assembling accuracy and solve the problems in the traditional assembling.
