摘要
从控制系统的组成、控制原理以及程序设计思想方面详细地介绍了一种以OMRONCPM2A型可编程控制器为核心的控制系统。该系统应用于石材切割的生产运行控制,具有运转平稳、故障率低、寿命长、维修方便等优点。
This article detailedly introduces a kind of control system which uses OMRON CPM2A controls as nucleus from three aspects the formation of control system, the control principals and the programming methods. The system can be used for the production motion control of stone material cutting. It has many advantages such as it works smoothly and steadily and it has low fault rate and durable service and it can be easily maintained etc.
