摘要
本文设计了一种开关管带并联辅助网络的零电压全桥软开关电路拓扑,具有节能增效、可靠性高的优势;采用TMS320LF2407A为核心控制芯片,得到了全桥移相PWM波形的输出,并设计了反馈信号调理电路与后端驱动电路,电路形式简洁紧凑,实现了软开关电镀电源的全数字化控制。
In this paper a ZVS full-bridge soft-switching circuit topology with auxiliary resonant Net is designed on principle of current amplification and has the advantage of energy conservation, synergism, highly reliable. The system central controller is based on TMS320LF2407A for the full-bridge phase-shifting PWM output waveform. Also the feedback signal conditioning circuit and backend driving circuit are designed for the all-digital control of electroplate power.
