变压式气体渗氮技术研究

摘要 选用4Cr5MoSiV1、3Cr2NiMo和38CrMoAlA等钢种进行变压式气体渗氮试验。结果表明,与常规气体渗氮相比,变压式气体渗氮处理渗速快,能获得层深较大且均匀致密的渗层,经变压式气体渗氮的工件,能有效提高材料表面的耐磨性能、抗热疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能,在工程实践中获得良好的应用。 Some type of steel, such as 4Cr5MoSiV1, 3Cr2NiMo and 38CrMoAlA, are selected for variable-pressure gas nitriding test. The results showed that compared with conventional gas nitriding, variable-pressure gas nitriding treatment has faster infiltration rate, larger deep and uniform dense nitriding layer. The superficial wear-resisting property, thermal fatigue property and corrosion resistance of the workpiece can be effectively improved after variable-pressure gas nitriding, and variable-pressure gas nitriding technology has a good engineering practice in the application.
