摘要
以通信继电器骨架注塑为例,阐述了在第三代通信继电器的制造中广泛采用的带料连续注塑、自动上料、镶件注塑、自动卸料等设备和模具方面的技术,说明了如何运用这些技术来实现注塑机的自动控制和无人运行,从而提高劳动生产率。
Take telecom relay's bobbin molding as an example, the article described the equipments for strip continuously molding , auto supply , insert molding , auto discharging etc. and the technologies of die that are widely used during the manufacturing of the 3rd generation of telecom relay. It explained how to apply these technologies to realize the auto control and unmanned operation of the plastic molding machine, thereby to improve per-capita labor capacity.
