摘要
目的对福州市社区卫生服务的反应性水平进行评估,为制定合理的管理策略提供依据。方法采用自编的社区卫生服务反应性问卷进行调查,利用模糊评价方法进行综合评价。结果福州市社区卫生服务反应性得分为47.20,处于一般和好之间;在反应性各要素中,最需要改进的前3位是尊严维护、及时关注及与患者交流。结论福州市社区卫生服务在一定程度上满足了居民非技术方面卫生服务需求,但也还有很多需要改进的地方。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the responsiveness level of community health service (CHS) in Fuzhou, and provide evidence for management. METHODS A serf-designing questionnaire about responsiveness of CHS was delivered to make a survey, while the method of fuzzy synthetic discrimination was adapted to make a evaluation. RESULTS The score of responsiveness was 47.20 by fuzzy synthetic discrimination of 162 residents who had been serviced by CHS, which is in between good and average. Vindicating sufferers' dignity, giving timely attention and making communication with sufferers were the three factors that needed improve uppermost. CONCLUSIONS The CHS in Fuzhou could Dartlv meet non-technical health demand of residents,while it had some place for improving.
