烟台市区688例手足口病流行病学分析

The Epidemiology Analyze of 688 Cases of Hands-feet-mouth Disease in Yantai

目的对2007年烟台市区688例手足口病进行流行病学分析。方法采用描述性流行病学研究方法。结果2007年烟台市区手足口病发病率为98.95/10万,无死亡病例。男性412例,女性276例。患者最小2个月,最大38岁,1～3岁年龄组发病人数最多,共发病449例,占发病总数的65.26%,在职业分布中,以幼托儿童为主。疾病发生主要集中在6～9月份,发病数占发病总数的94.19%(648/688),高峰在7月份。市区12个街道办事处均有病情发生,其中发病例数最多的是幸福街道办事处,发病率为194.43/10万(234/120353),地区分布依次为世回尧、黄务、凤凰台、奇山、东山、芝罘岛、毓璜顶、向阳、白石、只楚、通伸,各街道办事处手足口病发病率存在地区差异(χ2=167.2,P<0.05)。结论烟台市区手足口病患者症状轻重不等,全部治愈,无死亡病例。发病以1～3岁幼托儿童为主,男性多于女性,农村多于城市,疾病发生有明显的季节性。

OBJECTIVE The study was conducted to analyze the 688 cases of Hands-feet-mouth Disease （HFMD）in Yantai City in 2007. METHODS The descriptive epidemiological approach was employed. RESULTS The incidence rate of HFMD was 98.95/10 million, no deaths. Men 412 cases, 276 cases of women. The least patients was 2 months and the biggest was 38 years old. 1-3 years old age group was the highest incidence, which was of the total incidence was 65.26 percent （449/688）. In the occupational distribution, the most cases were children in preschools. Disease mainly concentrated in the June-September, that was of the total incidence was 94.19 percent （648/688） and the peak was in July. 12 urban neighborhood offices were in condition. The most incidence of which was Xingfu neighborhood offices. The incidence rate was 194.43/10 million （234/120 353）. Followed were Shihuiyao, Huangwu, Fenghuangtai, Qishan, Dongshan, Zhifudao, Yuhuangding, Xiangyang, Baishi, Zhichu, Tongshen. Office of the streets incidence of HFMD there were regional differences （X^2=167.2,P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The HFMD in Yantai was ranging from severity of symptoms. All the patients were cured and no complications, no deaths. To the incidence, the children 1-3 years old preschools were the most. The incidence of men were more than women and rural areas than urban. Disease has obvious seasonal.
