圆口铜鱼幼鱼鱼体的化学组成及能量密度 被引量:24

摘要 2007年8月于长江木洞江段(重庆市巴南区)采集到体长(L)为40.2~79.1 mm,体质量为1.12~8.43 g的圆口铜鱼(Coreius guichenoti)幼鱼224尾.测定了鱼体化学组成,估算了其能量密度.结果表明:圆口铜鱼幼鱼含水量(WAT)、蛋白质含量(PRO)、脂肪含量(FAT)、灰分含量(ASH)和能量密度(E)的范围分别为71.74%~76.33%,13.90%~14.69%,7.11%~10.96%,2.39%~2.43%和6.09~7.80 kJ/g.随体长增加,蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和能量密度均呈增加而含水量呈下降趋势,其灰分含量变化无明显规律.统计分析表明含水量与蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、能量密度均呈显著的负线性关系,分别为:PRO=24.34-0.14 WAT(r=-0.53,p〈0.05),FAT=70.00-0.83 WAT(r=-0.95,p〈0.05)和E=33.42-0.36 WAT(r=-0.97,p〈0.05);体长与蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、能量密度均呈显著的正线性关系,分别为:PRO=12.52+0.03 L(r=0.49,p〈0.05),FAT=-0.61+0.16 L(r=0.78,p〈0.05)和E=2.71+0.07 L(r=0.80,p〈0.05).圆口铜鱼幼鱼脂肪含量高于文献报道的大多数鱼类.讨论认为,该种鱼在生长中其鱼体较高的脂肪含量及其快速积累可为其长距离繁殖洄游提供必要的能量储备. Two hundred and twenty-four specimens of juvenile Coreius guichenoti with a body length (L) of 40.2--79.1 mm and a body weight of 1.12--8.43 g were collected from the Yangtse River in August, 2007. Their chemical composition was measured and energy density was estimated. The results showed that the contents of water (WAT), protein (PRO), lipid (FAT), ash (ASH), and energy density (E) were in the ranges of 71.74%-76.33%, 13.90%- 14.69%, 7.11%- 10.96%, 2.39%--2.43%, and 6.09--7.80 kJ/g, respectively. PRO, FAT and E increased and WAT decreased with increasing L, while ASH content varied erratically. PRO, FAT and E were in a significant negative correlation with WAT, and the regression equations were PRO=24.34--0.14 WAT (r=--0.53; p%0.05), FAT=70.00--0.83 WAT (r=-0.95; p〈0.05), and E=33.42-0.36 WAT (r=-0.97; p〈0.05), respectively. In contrast, PRO, FAT and E were in a significant positive correlation with the body length, and the regression equations were PRO=12.52+0. 03 L (r=0.49; p〈0.05), FAT=-0. 61+0.16 L (r=0.78; p〈0.05), and E=2. 71+0. 07 L (r=0.80; p〈0.05), respectively. Determined in this study, the lipid content of juvenile C. guichenoti was higher than that of most previously reported fish species. The high content and fast accumulation of lipid with body length increase of this fish are supposed to help supply energy substrate for its long distance migration.
