风信子内生菌代谢产物的活性检测

Activity Detection of Metabolic Product from Hyacinth Endophytic Fungus

对风信子内生菌代谢产物抑菌活性的检测结果表明:风信子内生菌的代谢产物对细菌和真菌均有一定的抑菌活性。其中发酵液提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抑菌活性,对苹果干腐和烟草赤星的抑菌率分别是94.8%和93.8%,而菌体提取物对蜡状芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌都有较高的活性,对苹果干腐、烟草赤星和苹果轮纹的抑菌率均在80%以上。

The activity of metabolic product from Hyacinth endophytic fungus was detected. The results showed that the metabolic product of endophytic fungus had the hio - activity to the bacterium and funguses. The fermentation broth extracts of the fungus had antibacterial activity against B. suhtilis, of which antifungal rate were separately 94. 8% and 93.8% against Bakeri rwehm and Fltgernaria alternata. Meanwhile, The mycelium extracts of the fungus had perfect bio - activity against B. subtilis and B. cereus, of which antifungal rate to Bakeri rehm ,Fhgernaria alternata and Macrophom kawatsukai were over 80%.
